The road to good makeup is paved with good intentions. But good intentions don't pay the bills.
DON'T buy these.
I did have the good intentions. I really did. I really thought I would pick up these clearance lip glosses and give them as gifts to friends or kids or whomever I thought would enjoy them. The Femme Couture eyeliner is really good. For 3 bucks they're a steal, right??
I got them home and decided to open them up to see how they were.
Just to be clear. I have a horrible sense of smell. But these. These ....glosses..... the second I got them on my lip I almost gagged. Honest to to my Gods I almost gagged. I made the worst 80's sitcom grossed out face you could imagine and scrambled to wipe it off my lips as if I have just put hot sauce on a paper cut on the center of my lip.
But being the ever masochist, I tried again with each color hoping at least the colors would be appealing and might give these a fighting chance.
Nope. They colors were horrible. The smell was disgusting. And the feel was heavy and sticky.
You get what you pay for.
And I would like to get that money back if possible.
No really. I"m going to Sally's tomorrow to see if I can return these.
